In 1995, two global strategic packaging established groups, Austin Foam Plastics Inc. in Texas, USA and ILP Group in Ireland came together to form a company in Penang, Malaysia, then Ire-Tex Malaysia was born. Subsequently, the company grown rapidly and further expands its operations into Tampoi, Johor, Klang, Kuala Lumpur, Xiamen and Suzhou in China, as well as Chennai, India. The brand Ire-Tex™ remains as part of the core intellectual property of the group. Today, Ire-Tex™ is the material trading specialist in packaging industry, including corrugated paper, wood, plastic and industrial materials.
